From the very first idea of The W Talks, Sami Sauri created a new collective for women around the world. Our purpose is to bring more women into the outdoors and help them discover new ways to explore through their own power: to feel free outside.

Our collective is a vibrant community that celebrates the diversity of women and gender minorities. United by our commitment to inclusivity, we aim to create a supportive, welcoming space where every voice is heard and every identity is respected.

The “W” in The W Collective can stand for whatever you want it to: women, wonderful, wild, why, willing… you decide.

Our community brings together people who share a passion for cycling, running, and other outdoor sports, creating a space for encouragement, shared experiences, and growth in both performance and well-being.
